The RMIT Interior Design studio relationSCAPES kicked off the workSHOP teaching program today.
Key concepts like : relationality, emotionality, relationscape, performance (and presentation of self), design, and the role of motion (movement, fast, slow, stasis, relative relationalities, circulation and flow) within a retail context were discussed.
After three months of discussions with Melbourne Central / GPT, the workSHOP keys were handed over to the Dept of Counter Culture today, along with a delivery of furniture from RMIT.
Here’s to 305 shopping days, eight academic months and eighty eight square metres of creative potential!!
